Please read the attached information carefully. Parents can now go online and register as a chaperone and or register their band student for the online trip payment
system.
The group online registration account is all set up for the spring trip to Chicago 2024. You will see the online registration link below. Parents, you will now be able to go online and register their child (children) for this trip, (and yourself if you plan to chaperone.)
Parents will be able to make payments online with their credit card and even schedule automatic re-occurrence payments.
ONLINE PAYMENT/REGISTRATION LINK:
The online payment system is a free service if you pay by check, money order, or individuals can link to their bank account. If you pay by a credit card there is a 3% convenience fee.
Also included is a frequently asked question link which you can use to help you get registered for the trip.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION LINK:
If you plan to not use the online payment system, you MUST still go online and register for the trip, and you can send in payment to our band booster treasurer lock box in the GHS Band office. Your online account will be credited. You may also use any money that is in your band account from fundraising for trip payments.
