New Check Out Form - for bus trips.

Attached is the blanket check out form that will need to be turned in to Mr. Garland by 5:30pm on Thursdays in order to check out your child from any away trip. You must be present with your child at the semi truck and trailer in order to check out your child at the end of the game.
